    3. Very little chance of the flavor of the product becoming spoiled.
    4. Very little chance of variations arising in the quality of the product, due to the reasons listed above.
  3. Fruit pieces are less susceptible to the growth of bacteria after processing.
    1. Numbers can be kept below 300 per 1g when refrigerated (5℃).
    2. Typical bacterial numbers on the product can be maintained for up to between 5-10 days from the onset.
    3. Very little chance of the flavor of the product becoming spoiled.
    4. Tests for coliform bacteria remain negative for up to between 5-10 days.
